Harry Delgrammatikas leads the enforcement and regulatory defense and compliance practice at the Firm.

Harry Delagrammatikas is Senior Counsel to the Firm. As an Assistant Vice-President at Salomon Smith Barney’s Legal and Compliance Department, Harry investigated and responded to sales practice complaints forwarded by clients and their representatives regarding activity in retail brokerage accounts. Harry answered regulatory inquiries from state agencies, self-regulatory organizations and the SEC on behalf of the brokerage firm. Additionally, Harry assessed potential liability associated with sales practice complaints and recommended settlement offers. As an Assistant General Counsel at UBS PaineWebber, Harry responded to requests for mediation, prepared cases for arbitration and assisted in the settlement of significant matters. Harry previously possessed Series 6 and Series 63 licenses.

Mr. Delagrammatikas is a 1995 graduate of St. John’s University School of Law. He graduated cum laude from the College of Arts and Sciences at New York University in 1992. He is admitted to practice law in New York State.
