Jeff has extensive securities litigation experience and, particularly, has extensive experience with securities class action lawsuits involving Sections 10(b), 11 12, 20(A). Jeff has routinely engaged in heavy motion practice, drafted all motion papers, discovery documents, agreements, and jury instructions; court appearances and depositions and has supervised large scale document reviews.
