Lorena has extensive experience working for prestigious law firms in France and the United States. In The US, she previously focused on real estate, international, civil and corporate law matters, especially with French, Spanish and Latin American clients. In France she worked as a corporate attorney providing legal advice with respect to corporate law, commercial law and real estate maters, both to Spanish and French corporations involved in transnational business transactions. She is fluent in French and Spanish and she is conversant in Italian.

Lorena received her law degree from the University of Valencia, Spain, School of Law, in 1996. She obtained a Masters of Laws in Human Rights from the Université Panthéon-Assas in Paris, France, in 1997, and a Masters of Laws, specializing in Intellectual Property from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York, in 2006.
