Minh Vo is an associate with the Firm. Her practice focuses on corporate transactions, including representing venture capital firms and emerging companies in debt and equity financings, and providing general corporate advice to emerging companies. Ms. Vo advises clients regarding SEC reporting and compliance matters under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, including the preparation of proxy statements and annual reports.  Her practice also includes commercial transactions, including advising clients in connection with licensing agreements.

Ms. Vo is a 2003 graduate of Yale Law School.  Prior to attending law school, Ms. Vo worked as the United Nations resident correspondent for The Christian Science Monitor newspaper.  Ms. Vo received her B.A. from Brown University. Ms. Vo is admitted to practice in New York.
