Raji Kochhar is an associate with the Firm. Her practice focuses on corporate transactions, including representing venture capital firms and emerging companies in debt and equity financings, and providing general corporate advice to emerging companies. Raji also represents clients in state court as well as in arbitration proceedings administered by FINRA in connection with a variety of commercial and securities issues.

Raji is a 2003 graduate of the Boston University School of Law, where she served as an Articles Editor of the American Journal of Law and Medicine. While attending law school, Raji clerked for both the Office of the General Counsel and Office of Civil Rights of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and was President of the South Asian American Law Student Association. Raji graduated cum laude from the College of Arts and Sciences of Boston University in 2000. Raji is a member of the New York City Bar Association and the Young Alumni Council of Boston University Law School. Raji is admitted to practice law in New York State.
