Martun Stepanyan

Martun Stepanyan has several years of international legal experience including private equity, venture capital, hedge and pension funds, representation of international banks in direct lending, leveraged, mezzanine, sustainability linked and syndicated financings and facilities, and provision of tactical consultancy on series of M&A transactions.

Martun is a 2018 graduate of Yerevan State University where he obtained a master’s Degree in Jurisprudence where he was the recipient of Recipient of “Mkhitar Gosh” Stipendium, and a winner of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. He is also a graduate of New York University School of Law with an LLM in Corporation Law where he was a recipient of Arthur T. Vanderbilt Scholar, and the Michael A. Schwind Scholarship in Global Law.
